Home inspections are an important part of buying a home. The inspections are meant to protect you from having unexpected problems or conditions in your future home that would costly to repair or replace. As your Buyer's Agent, Michelle will connect you with professionals who can provide you with thorough inspections. Based on the inspection results, Michelle will advise you on whether you should have the seller fix the problems or use these results as leverage to lower the cost of buying your new home.
